have you ever felt like asking a question, but afraid to ask because you don't want to spoil what you have?
you can't call it doubt.
it's just plain curiousity.
you know very well that the question will not be easily received by the other party.

but you JUST HAVE TO KNOW!
you just have to.
you know very well too that the moment the person answers you, you'd just drop so low.
as much as you hate finding the answer out, you still want to know.
why?
i don't know.

there are many reasons.
perhaps closure?
security?
i really don't know.
all you know is that without the answer, you can't seem to move on.

so, how?
how do you ask a question without the responding party feeling like it's an interrogation?
how do you get that party to answer you honestly and willingly?
how do you accept that honest answer from him/her without letting the truth eat your soul?
